enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company, has acquired the Bobcat Bluff Wind Project from Element Power US, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed. Invenergy Wind LLC announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Des Moulins wind energy project in Quebec from wind developer 3Ci.
